Hello From Phoenix

New here and wanted to introduce myself and our new to us 13 month old GSD pup. We adopted Halo from an elderly couple who lived out in the country south-east of Phoenix. They had to re-home him because their neighbors were complaining about missing chickens.

But Halo otherwise has a good temperament and lets children and strangers pet him. He knows sit, house/crate trained, and heels ok until he senses a rabbit, then all bets are off. I've got him caught up on shots, microchipped, and checked for heart worms. He weighs about 75 lbs but looks a little skinny to me. Anyway, good to be here and thanks for the site.

He is handsome! From the pictures you posted he seems similar in structure to my female GSD Molly!

Thanks everyone. Finding a lot of great info here with the search function so probably won't see me posting any questions for a while. My favorite forums so far are Diet and Nutrition and Behavior and Training. Thanks again for the welcome and this great site.
