theres a little picture of a mountain with a sun over it on the message tool bar. Just put the URL (or link to the picture) in there and it shows right up. If you right click an uploaded image it gives you the option to copy image location, that's where you get the url from. at least on firefox and google chrome, i dont remember Internet explorer at all. You can also upload an image, the little picture of the earth with a metal clip next to the mountain one, will allow you to upload one right from your computer and post it here! :-)
