Eat/Chew in a single location
All my dogs eat their raw food from their bowls in my kitchen. Each dog has a set place where they eat and they know that they cannot take food from their bowl and walk away with it.
When I give them recreational bones I lay a sheet down on my floor and they know they have to stay on the sheet with the bones.
Teaching a dog these things is very easy.
For eating from the bowl only
If it is a young puppy I simply put down the bowl, set down the puppy, say EAT and watch them eat. Eventually they will try to carry something away from the bowl. I say ACK, pick them up, take away the food item (if I can), put it back in the bowl, put them back at the bowl and say EAT. This continues until the puppy is finished eating.
With an adult dog I put on their leash and collar, then give them their bowl and let them start eating. If they try to take something away from the bowl I say ACK and use the leash to lead them back to the bowl.
For eating rec bones on a sheet
I lay down the sheets first. The dogs know what this means so they all come running. I start handing out the bones (last night it was pork neck bones - they are recreational bones for my little dogs) and then step back and watch. Anyone that tries to take a bone and leave the sheets is told NO and I take the bones from them and lead them back to the sheets.
It doesn't take long for dogs to learn these rules.

They do learn fast.
I love the summer months when Rusty can eat his raw stuff outside. Raw bones he either eats in his crate or on a towel in the kitchen. He knows if he leaves with it, it's mine. We give him space to eat and it works out nice.
For whatever reason he won't just stand and eat the bones out of the bowl. He likes to lay down, lick the bones, crunch, spit out, lick He really seems to enjoy his little process.
