videos on training the really tight front needed

I would like to teach my boys a really tight front, with the muzzle up and basically "in your crotch" position.

I know I have randomly seen videos of folks doing some basic work in teaching this skill. but, now that I am really searching, cant seem to find one!

Any suggestions..I am a visual person..so a video is what I am after.

I made a place board to fit my dog. It was just long enough for him to stand on and only wide enough to allow for a nice tucked sit.

Once he was introduced to getting on it, using it for positions helped a lot.
