Default need help with teaching Rocky

Ok breif history, moved in with elderly mother and have a disabled daughter......we have 8 dogs various ages and size and breeds. All are nuetered or spayed except rocky. We have a doggie door that we would like to leave open for them to access to the back yard. Rocky thinks when he comes in the house it's play time....did I mention he is the largest dog we own? He gets the zoomies in the house and pesters everyone. I do take him as often as possible for long walks or ball chasing. How do I teach him that inside is settle down time? He does settle down outside so I know he can do it. He is a yr old in Feb. Thanks for the help.

Are you going to get him fixed? I had a pup that was the same way till he got fixed. Aside from that I would leash him so he realizes it's settle down time.
