Do I have the smallest gsd on here?!?

My pup kona (female) was born on 7/14/16 which means she is almost 6 months old. Today she weighed a total of 32.6lbs! I was almost positive she had giardia because she has been having the runs bad off and on. Tests came back negative for everything. Vet prescribed panacur and antibiotics and she is to remain on a bland diet for 10 days, then no more blue buffalo. She is switching over to fromm.

it may have been the BB giving her the runs as well. It's too rich for some dogs and diarrhea can be a common symptom of that.

She is so pretty. A breeder told me about a hi caloric suppliment for low/underweight dogs.I used it for my GSD in the last weeks of his life. I believe I had him for an extra 2 months because of this stuff. It is called DYNE and you can get it on-line.

Some folks on the forums may not like it but when your back's against the wall sometimes you got to do someting.

Good luck

My female weighed 53lbs at six months. I fed her plain old Purina Puppy Chow. ( Now Purina 1 Large breed puppy). Your's will grow into those ears I bet.

Great food choice right there, how often do you feed her? Remember they fill out after 18 months so she has a long way to go. If you look at original GSDs from the past, you'll see that they weren't huge like many of the dogs you see today. I love her look, she looks very agile like the KNPV dogs. By the way, I love the "do not pet" vest.
