Exclamation Pimples on 10 wk old puppy??

Moscow my 10 weeks ole' puppy got these red-brown ish pimples/harsh, first it started in her ears,now its all over the place,and some of them became white and relatively big ,its very "eeww" if i should say that,im taking her to the vet tommorow,i just wanna know wth is this

Sounds like the dog may be suffering from an allergy or maybe some sort of fungal infection. I find it odd though that a 10 week old puppy is suffering from something like this. Hopefully your vet will be able to provide you with some answers.
