The answer is no. If your puppy has not had the bordatella vaccine (oral, intranasal or injection), he does not have immunity and the dog that has KC is still being treated and is shedding the virus. Dogs shed the virus for about three weeks, so Bruin should not be near the sick dogs or be in the same house.
Even if Bruin had just been vaccinated this week, he would need two to three weeks to build immunity effectively.
The new oral administration (Bronchicine oral) is reported to give immunity in 24 hours and, from personal experience, it stopped the spread of KC at my home when a foster dog began showing signs unexpectedly. I only had three sick dogs instead of eight.
Since your dog is a puppy, I personally would not take the chance.
