Default HELP!! Small scabs on hind legs, what is this? (Pictures)

A couple of days ago I noticed 2 small black spots on my 9 month old pup's hind legs. At first, I thought they were ticks, but realized they are actually scabs when I took a closer look. I hadn't noticed her biting or licking them, but today when I came home from the pool, she jumped up on the bed and I noticed small blood spots on the white sheets (we are staying in a hotel, I would never own white sheets lol). I immediately checked her legs, and noticed the scabs were bleeding a little and also noticed another small scab on her other hind leg.

We moved to Oklahoma from Tennessee about 3 weeks ago and have been staying in a hotel since then. I take her out to run around several times a day, and last weekend we took her fishing with us and she got to swim in the lake for the first time She is on Trifexis for heartworm and flea prevention. I put a flea and tick collar on her about 10 days ago because I heard the ticks are pretty bad around here, and Trifexis isn't labeled for tick prevention.

Could it be the flea collar that is irritating her skin and making her itchy? Or maybe something that was in the lake? Maybe the weather change because it has been ridiculously hot here (100+ degrees) and its been really humid as well. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

Looks like she could have gotten scratched from undergrowth or even rocks or something in the water. I would treat it with Vetericyn. It should clear up in a few days.
