Default threw up rock after few weeks

my dog swallowed a rock few weeks ago. at the time I wasn't sure that he did. we were playing with a rock and after one of the kicks I couldn't find it to kick again. I looked for an hour because I was afraid he swallowed it. didn't find it, decided to watch him. he was fine, no diarrhea, no nothing. as usual. so I figured he didn't swallow it and I just didn't find it.

last night he threw it up. it's def the same rock.
also, in the same pile was a piece of a cooked chicken bone.

so this rock sat in him for weeks. I don't even know what to ask. what implications can this have??

I wouldn't worry further about any health problems since the rock was thrown up finally. Just keep an eye on him for any changes in diet, energy, etc. and make sure he isn't playing with rocks anymore.

I will. I guess I don't understand how it could've sat in him all this time and not done any damage. scary stuff.

Just thank god it didn't do any damage , the stone probably stayed in his stomach for that week and wasn't able to be digested or go down to the intestines and then the body kicked it out , that just a theory lol
