Exclamation Upset stomach

I have a 6-7 week gsd pup.I rescently got him Royal canin maxi starter and he ate the 1st night but then he stopped it also before it i used to give cerelac and lactogen milk.The vet said he has an upset stomach.But he hasent thrown up or had diarrhea . He is hydrated and still he wont eat.It has been 7 hrs and still sleeping.What should i do...?
His stool is fine and does not contain blood or anything.

Your pup is very young, so it could be that he is just exhausted from leaving his littermates and coming to live with you. The vet said he had an upset stomach yet he is not vomiting and his stool is fine. Your post said the pup is hydrated so he must have drank water. He just isn't hungry. You are worried. Try giving the pup a treat. If he eats that, then he is just tired out.
