Default Ear wash solution

What do you guys use for ear wash solution? Which commercially available should I get? This is for normal routine cleaning. I have something from the vet for when we had a yeast infection. Vet said not to use that routinely since it is medicated.

Thanks

Vinegar and alcohol. Mix 50/50. Will clean and kill the yeast.
