Dog ate cement stone

my dog just ate a stone made of cement , its as big as his noes , idk what to do , is it bad for him? Or is it ok? Idk what todo I saw some links on google about dogs that ate 5+ stones and had to make surgeries , but Vicky just ate 1, any advices??

My golden will eat a stone made of cement almost daily! She chews it and as soon as I go to her to get it she swallows it. So far never any issues. I think since it's cement it breaks up in stomach. Keep an eye on him make sure he's eating and going poop normally through the day

You could try giving some olive oil (or other edible oil), to help it slide out.
