After a nice cool bath, we shaved around the area, cleaned it out with some warm water to get the crud out then sprayed a layer if vetericyn on it. Im hoping it starts to look less painful by the end of the weekend.

It is looking so much better today. It is dried up and looks to have started the healing process thanks everyone!
