weird sound

it started 2 days ago , she has diharria and she didn't eat and she made a weird sound as if she is going to vomit , now she eats and here poo is normal , but she still does a weird sound from here mouth , it looks like she is puking but then nothing comes out , what's with her?

RIP , Lexy 18/2/2014-1/5/2014 (parvo victim)
