Default Throwing up?

I'm not 100% on this but it's the only thing I can think of. I clean the kennel every night before putting our puppy in there. But in the morning I find mashed up food, I think it's puke. It's been like this for 3 days, since we've had him. I know he's wormy, we gave him some wormer 3 days ago. .. Any thoughts

I do want to add, I don't think this breeder had them in hard food. I think they pulled him off his mom and handed him to us, :/

How old is he? Has he been to the vet for an exam yet? What are you feeding him?

Try adding water to his food to soften it. Make it mushy for a few days and gradually decrease the water after a week or so.

how old is the pup?

the dog may not be old enough to handle solid food ?

if it was pulled off the teat and handed to you , it is missing out on many crucial things. If still nursing , antibodies shared in the milk for immunity , fat content , digestible protein -- social experience .

They told me he was 6 weeks, we've had him for an additional week on that. So he's 7 weeks.

I am also wondering if it's worms? I just wormed him, because my mom said he definitely had them. She used to work at humane society for animals, so she knows.

Found throw up in the crate again, sends to be the only time he pukes is in there. Pooped twice today, one was a mixture of diarrhea and normal, the second time normal.
Other than that he's being playful and doing well.
