Anyone know what these things are???

Not my dog but its floating around a few rescue pages, vets are stumped and she has them on her body,

There's a type of wart, I've seen it once on a german shepherd puppy, that is fast spreading and tends to cover areas like mouth, gums, tongue, and rectal skin. My vet had a lab puppy with the same thing, was so severe that eventually they had to euthanize the lab because it was blocking his airways.

Vets are stumped? Have they actually visited a dermatologist? If not then they need to.

Without knowing what they are there is no way to tell. I'm not sure about most warts in dogs

Common dog warts are caused by the papilloma virus. Puppy warts. They are contagious, quite, to other dogs.

I have no idea if that's what those are, they don't look quite the same as warts I have seen.
