Default Possible eye condition?

My wife and I recently noticed a patch of what looks like plastic film in the center of our 8 month old Shiloh. It's on both eyes in the black portion and moves with her eye motion. It doesn't seem to cause any visual impairment or irritation. The "patches" have not moved from their location on the eye in a week period. Any idea what this is or if it's normal?

thank you
