Default area specific seizures

I don't know if this is an ok topic to discuss but I'm trying to make it as social friendly as I can. Gunther (neutered as soon as it was allowed) will occasionally get an area specific um... attention and then his hips and back legs will have a seizure like effect. This only lasts 5 seconds at most and then I put him outside to wear it off. I have heard this is normal but I still worry that it could lead to potential problems in the future. If anyone has any tips I would appreciate it. Don't want to sound na´ve but need to know.

Is he getting an erection and then thrusting his hips? Air humping? If so, yes that's normal. Not a seizure.

Yes thank you. I was concerned that his look on his face is so lost and I worried that it could be a sign of worse problems in the future. I'm glad to be reassured it is ok.
