Question Scratched nose

Does anyone knows if scratched nose will heal and turn black again? In the photo my 7 month boy, he scratched his nose about a week ago. The scratched places had blood, and now there white marks.

When Carly was young, she poked her nose through a kennel run, and another GSD bit her and it scraped her nose up pretty badly. It bled. She had those same pink stripes. It healed up, and her nose is black. You can't tell that it was ever injured.
