Default Eye tearing

My pup is now 4 months old and I noticed his eyes have been tearing quite a bit. Can it be normal for this breed? Or can it be food related? He is my first GSD pup/large breed pup I have only had little dogs so not sure if it can be normal.

Probably pollen, but if you're really worried, ask your vet- Bob

My guys tear up bad around this time, it could be allergies but if you are concerned check with vet.

No tearing is ever normal.

It is a sign of irritated eyes. I would see a vet, just in case. Eye problems can get very bad very fast.
