Default Watery eyes???

Hi, I have a 12 week old GSD that all of a sudden(today) has really westerly eyes, there is a trail of wet from her eyes pretty much down to her mouth. It is in both eyes and stemmed to start very quickly, could this be some kind of allergy?
Thanks for the info

My puppy has constantly watering eyes. My vet was concerned as the water is clear and not colored. Her explanation was that the tear duct was most like not formed properly on the inside of the eye and instead of taking the normal path hidden down by the nose it is coming out the wrong path down the face. Her other guess was something was in it that would eventually flush out.

I was just told to watch it and if the water was ever green or yellow ish come back in.

This ^^^

Our pup had one eye watery but nothing as bad as the pic. We took him in and he had an infection in his eye. Vet said most likely he took a stick or something that scratched his eye. We put a cream in it for a week and he is fine now.
