Default bite to head

my 14 week old was bitten by a larger dog...she has a small puncture above her eye. she is on atibiotics and triple anitibiotic ointment. we clean it 3 times a day or more. she is behaving normal. the puncture is slightly infected, slowly healing but i think she scratches it while were at work. any suggestions?
