Default Hard poop then soft poop

I read the sticky on poop and it didn't quite answer my question. I've noticed ever since I had her that Gypsy will often have normal hard poops but later on in her walk she will have 1-3 awful pudding poops that smell terrible. They are often yellow. What causes that?

She has some kind of unknown intolerances/allergies so right now she just gets kibble and cheese. I've tried a handful of different kibbles and it seems like California Natural chicken and rice yields the best poops. Worst were on Earthborn Primitive Natural. I tried adding pumpkin and probiotics but it made her breath smell.

Have you had her checked for parasites. Yellow loose stool is usually coccidia or giardia (note they are 2 different tests).

How old is she? If she is a pup I wouldn't fee her grainfree, especially EB Primitive Natural. THe protein level is way too high for a puppy.

She has had dewormer for tapeworm but I haven't had her stool tested for other parasites. It is very possible she has coccidia or giardia because we go hiking all the time. No other symptoms though. She is an adult- the EB made her stool runny and green so we stopped using it.
