Default 4 month old itching

It's been colder than normal here the past couple of days so the heater has been on far more than normal. My four month old has been itching like crazy, I think it is dry skin. I bathed him 2 weeks ago using oatmeal shampoo and conditioner, he eats TOTW pacific stream puppy, and I brush him every other day. Thinking about going to Walgreens and getting a humidifier and have read about adding salmon oil but not sure how much. Any suggestions would be so appritiated.

Do you think it's to soon for another bath with oatmeal shampoo and oatmeal conditioner?

I give my dog the costco 1000mg of fish oil. But that may be too much for a puppy, especially as a starting dose. So I hope someone else can come along. A humidifier may help along with some benadryl. Ask your vet for a dosage, or someone else here might know. How much does your puppy weigh?

I would stop bathing him so frequently. Unless he goes outside and gets heavily soiled, I would not bathe him at all.

He has only had one bath since we got him. I know not to bathe him frequently but was more curious about the conditioner helping him.
