Question Little Red Bumps on his chin and upper lip

My boy has the little red, hairless bumps on his chin and upper lip. My vet is out for the week and a phone call to her alerted me to possible puppy pimples but no emergency; until I can get him in, any suggestions? I Googled puppy acne but it really doesn't look the same to me and he has several. I wash his bowls daily and only use surgical steel NO PLASTIC. It doesn't seem to be bothering him but I'm an over protective mommy and I'm freaking out! Please help!

Could be demodectic mange (non-contagious, but harder to treat)

Hard to see from that pic

it could be an alergic reaction to something do you have plastic bowls some dogs are allergic to the plastic used in dog bowls it could be a food allergy as well (corn)
