Take her to the vet asap to make sure it is not pyometra (uterine infection)

Pyo is a uterine infection which can turn deadly very quickly - and I agree any discharge should be checked.

Her vulva will never be the same size as it was before her first heat, but the swelling will go down significantly after a heat, it doesn't usually take a month to do that, although all dogs are different.

Still an exam is in order. Let us know how it goes.

yes - get her checked.....the discharge is not normal...and pyo is an infection in the uterus which is deadly if not caught and treated (spayed) quickly.
