Default Limping

I noticed Harley started living this morning. He just turned three February 5th. I only notice just slightly when he casually walks around. It hasn't caused any change in his behavior or activitynlevel. I checked his pads and in between toes, palates his entire leg. I didn't find anything nor did he show an indication of pain at any spot. At what point does this go from a wait and see to a call the vet?

He runs a ton outside. Should I take him out to potty on a line to keep him running around? And what do I do about his energy!
