Question weak pasterns?

This is my boy D'Cujo he's not even a year old yet. but some one said something about his pasterns are way down. I was hoping to get a opinion on this so that i can be sure, i didnt think his pasterns were bad.

It's the part of the front leg that runs from the top of the paw to the bottom of the forearm so to speak. It's human equivalent would be like an extended wrist.
