I adopted for 1 1/2 years a 4 year old male German shepherd that had since 8 month soft yellow very smelly stool . After blood test , parasite test antibiotic and steroids ( and home cooking) we still have this days with runny watery brown uncontrolled stools . And he looks like he is in pain. Also he lost 28 pounds in 6 month ( finally got 7 pounds back on ) anybody out that can help

you need to have the vet run further testing on him, it could be EPI especially with the weight loss.
