Watery uncontrolled stool
 

I adopted for 1 1/2 years a 4 year old male German shepherd that had since 8 month soft yellow very smelly stool . After blood test , parasite test antibiotic and steroids ( and home cooking) we still have this days with runny watery brown uncontrolled stools . And he looks like he is in pain. Also he lost 28 pounds in 6 month ( finally got 7 pounds back on ) anybody out that can help

you need to have the vet run further testing on him, it could be EPI especially with the weight loss.

there are a few things it could be, but with the weight loss, your vet needs to really find the cause. dont be afraid to change vets if you are not getting anywhere with your current vet.
