My dog is in her 2nd heat, currently on 3rd week. For both heat cycles, no males are interested and neither does she. The neutered male at home has no clue what's going on. When I walk my female outside, she doesn't attract any attention and nor does she care to get any. We have passed by quite a few dogs on walks and there are no sparks.
Is this normal? It certainly makes things easier but wondering if something is wrong? She does bleed, smell, pee more, so the heats are real.

Perhaps she is not ovulating with the heat cycles?
