Strange spots around my puppy penis

Hello, I'm new in this forum and I expect to be welcomed here in this great community.

Today I have noticed some strange spots around my 5 month puppy penis, there is also a little lump, it doesn't seem like mites to me. I will bring him to vet on Monday but I will be more confident if you could tell me what it can be.

It kind of looks like flea dirt....absolutely rule out fleas. I don't see a lump...sure it's just the pic.

from the pic it looks like dirt. have you tried washing it off ?

Try washing it with an antibacterial soap. Jackson has had some funky stuff going on with his skin down there and antibacterial soap always seems to clear it up.

Hard to see from the picture but the 'bump" isn't one of his nipples is it??

If it is just around the penis, it could be skin irritated by urine, which results in tiny, scabby spots. Btdt with a sensitive skinned dogs.

I have researched about the bump and it seems to be the bulbous gland of his penis because it is in his base.

I have started to use a chlorhexidine spray I will see if it improves.
