Need second opinion my pups goopy saggy eyes - pictures

Sorry I have been asking sooo many questions lately and this post is long, but heres the info and I would really love to know if this is normal or not. Around the 9th I noticed my 9.5 week old puppy had some discharge and goobers in his eyes. Whatever the red bit is under his eyes looked a little inflamed and his lower eyelids also looked saggy. This continued for a few days and I got worried and took him to the vet on the 11th. The vet said it was maybe some hair irritating his eyes or eyelid shape but not to worry unless there was green or yellow discharge. She gave me some antibiotics (metronidazole) and his lower eyelid seemed to sit normal again. I was instructed to give them to him for 3 days, which I did. Yesterday (4 days after I stopped the antibiotics) I noticed his lower lids are again sagging and this morning he had more clear/white goobers in his eyes and some brown as well. They tear a lot when he eats or his head is down and they always seem to be weeping a little bit no matter what he's doing. I keep thinking this isn't normal even though the vet said it was nothing to worry about, but I see pictures of his littermates and they all have clear eyes and non-saggy eyelids. Any thoughts? Is this the start of conjunctivitis? Allergies? He doesn't seem to be in pain but he paws at his eyes once or twice a day. He is now 11 weeks and going to the vet in a week for his next set of shots, so hopefully I can re-ask the vet then. The pictures are mostly views from above since I wanted to show you exactly what I'm talking about, but they don't look as bad when you look at him head on. Sorry they're kind of gross. He has been on Blue Buffalo Wilderness Puppy his whole life. I hope its nothing, but I'm a little worried.

When my boy was a puppy he had saggy eyes to some extent, I don't think that they were as saggy as your boy's and they did not have any discharge or irritation. The sagginess went away after a while, but he is 2 1/2 yrs now and occasionally they will sag especially if he is really tired. Hopefully someone will come on here soon and have a suggestion for you.

my new dog has droopy lower lids too. he never paws at them or acts like they are irritated. strange. i wonder what it is. he does not have discharge though. he is 3 years old.

The discharge would worry me....I always think infection. If he's pawed at them they must bother him. I can't explain the droopy eye lids...no experience there. Perhaps have another vet take a look?

A little update if anyone else has the same problem with their puppy. His eyelids are now normal. As soon as his ears FINALLY went up, his facial skin tightened right up. YAY!!! They still weep a little when he eats but thats it. The vet had said the staining and goobers weren't anything to be concerned about but they were caking on his eyelids and taking off hair...yeah thats a problem! I cleared up the goopy eyes with 10ppm colloidal silver...a few drops around/in the eyes and a tsp per day in the water. That stuff works great and he hasn't had any major goop or tear staining since. I still put drops in once per day and in his water.
