Spirit's Emergency Trip to the Vet - Page 4

Jean, you hate that the wind scared him? It was extremely windy last night, scared me too at times the way the gusts were whipping things around.

Good question about where it was at, at the time we arrived at the vet which was probably 15-20 minutes, max 1/2 hour after I thought he might have ingested it.

He ate his breakfast, he hasn't thrown up. But no poop this morning, which doesn't surprise me since he threw up all his food last night. Probably nothing to produce a top of the morning poop

He's his normal ornry self, I see no indication that he's not feeling well. Going to take him outside again now.

I'll read the articles. I have a huge presentation for work today that I need to prepare for. Terrible timing, but that's the way it goes sometimes.

When we X-ray children for foreign body we do from chin to bottom of pelvis. Any metal should show up.

How is Spirit doing today? Any luck on finding the battery? I hope he's doing good and the battery shows up.

I found the battery

It was in the coffee table, it's got a rolling top that separates from the center. It's where the cat goes to get away from Spirit when she's had enough. Not sure how it got in there, but there it was. Found it last night, great moment!

He's totally fine.
