How is he today?
Dogs they cause us so much stress and worry

But what would we do without them??

He has worms (They think he picked them up from the new puppy)
He has an intestinal infection/upset which they gave him antibiotics for.
He was dehydrated from diarrhea and refusing to drink.

They have him a shot for fluids, and dewormer. They said hopefully he will be alright. He's been asleep for hours. I'm just really worried. I called off work today, tool him to the vet and have been laying with him watching movies all day.

I'm so glad I took him. They said it could have been way worse if I would have waited..

so glad you took him to, poor guy he will hopefully start feeling better soon..

I hope so. He went out to use the bathroom finally and he's not just sitting there. He's just walking around sniffing as usual.

Do you know of anything I can do to make him more comfortable?

I'm glad you took him and it's nothing really serious!!!

There's probably not much you can do, it's just gonna take a few days to get his intestinal tract back to normal.
Did the Vet tell you what to feed him for the next couple of days?

It might be worth getting him some probiotics for when his course of antibiotics is finished.

He said to feed him nothing but his normal food. I switched him from Aims to BB Wilberness about a week ago so that's what I am gonna feed him. I'm just hoping that's not what is making him upset. I just got him to eat, and I have him a small bowl for starters to see how that makes him feel.

just wait while the meds kick in, your seeing some improvement already so it can only get better

Feed him small amounts throughout the day. I'm not a fan of BB, too many stories about German shepherds reacting to it.
