Default Help! sores, patchy fur, and what looks like follical holes that have bled

Hi everyone I am new to this site!

I have a GSD by the name of Bloo. He is 3 years old..
Yesterday I noticed his hair has started to get patchy around the whisker area... On his face..
I looked closer and it seems like maybe his Whitaker has been pulled out... As there are a few large folical holes that look like it has been bleeding...
It is the same on the other side but so bad...

My guinea pigs have just had ring worm and we made a huge effort to keep Bloo away from them... From looking it doesn't look to me like it is that...
But it is defiantly sore looking and patchy.

Maybe he put his snout through the fence? I don't know.... It could be something worse!

Any help or advice would be appreciated!
I will post pictures asap!

Security Question
While balancing on a piece of wood, two inches by four inches known as a 2x4, john and his friend sally both spotted a dalmatian inside a truck with sirens, headed to put out a fire. State what the 2x4 is made of.
