Default Interceptor???

Does anyone know of anyplace that still sells Interceptor in the U. S.? Foster & Smith is out, other large distributors are out. The only place I deal with outside the U. S., Pets Megastore in Australia, can't sell it to the U. S. I called Novartis and they don't know if/when it will be for sale here.

THANKS!!!

It's so frustrating.

My supply recently ran out...because I won't purchase this type of med on-line..I went with Heartgard. He got his first dose last month, 2nd today actually. *knock on wood* no issues to report.

I also had to make the switch to Heartguard, I don't like to change anything on Kiya because of her seizures so far so good.
Even if you could find interceptor I would be very careful that it was not fraudulent.

What about Trifexis? That has the same ingredient plus another.

I'm using Trifexis instead of Interceptor now. It's the active ingredient in Interceptor (milbemycin oxime) and the active ingredient in Comfortis (spinosad).

Thanks everyone!!!

I give three of the Hooligans Panoramis which is the Australian version of Trifexis, however, it containes some/all of the same ingredients as Comfortis which gives Slider seizures, ergo, I can't give it to him.

I know Australia won't sell Interceptor to the U. S. so that's out. Does anyone know if Interceptor requires a prescription in Canada?

If you know any of those French Canadians that fly south for the winter...ask them if they will bring some with them.

No idea if it would get through Customs but would you like me to order some and post to you?

I don't understand why it's taking the factory so long to reopen. Hasn't it been almost a year?
