Weird peeing issue in male dog? Should I be concerned?

My guy is 1.5 yrs old. Today I noticed that when I took him out to go to the bathroom/play he would assume the "pee position" (leaning forward with his leg slightly raised) and hold it for 30-40 seconds with very little coming out. It would come out in very short bits, kind of dripping out (sorry for the visual haha). He would stop and do this multiple times.

I don't think he is marking, as I know sometimes they'll lift their leg even when they don't have anything left. Should I wait it out? Maybe give him a day or two? He isn't acting sick or uncomfortable, he is still his same bone-headed, playful self.

I haven't really done anything dif with his food... I feed him Kirkland kibble with dehydrated raw. He's been weird and picky lately, so I just started mixing in some cottage cheese/ canned food.

Oh, and he is NOT neutered, if that makes a difference.

It could be a UTI, does he actually ever pee a full bladder out?
I mean does it come out normal at some time and not others?
It could also be a stone and although he'a bit young, something with the prostate.
It's worth a vet visit.

Could be UTI, could be BPH, could be prostate infection. What does his poo look like (size, and does he seem to struggle/seem constipated?). What color is his urine

He's always been weird with pooping (usually only once a day, sometimes twice). Today I did notice it was fairly solid, but he did go. It was smaller than usual, but I'm not sure if he went when my husband took them out before he left for work. It was only today I noticed this, I believe yesterday (or the day before...?) he did pee a full bladder out.

And I would say his urine is a 5 or 6 maybe. I can thank the snow here for something!

If he was human I'd say he's dehydrated.
Is it worth just calling your Vet and asking them if they think they should see him?

dribbling urine is usually a sign of a UTI.
