No. Cooked plain in the oven. Ground. No bones. Are bones bad? He did have a pork bone on Friday. I doubt it would be that though, three days later???

It was a big bone from a pork thigh. It was cooked. He chewed on it but definitely swallowed a lot of it because when I was able to get it away from him, it was half gone. But, he has been eating twice a day since then, pooping a lot (normally) and acting fine. Wouldn't it have passed by now?

What could this mean? Woudn't he have been feeling sick sooner? Wouldn't there be blood in his stool? Could he be sleeping so peacefully right now if he had bone chips embedded in his GI tract? Isn't that painful? Now you're scaring me!

Well I don't know. I can't tell, only your vet can tell. Be sure to give them as much history as you can.
Let's pray for him to feel better by AM and it won't be a thing ![]() But if he's not, please get him in. Don't give cooked bones, ever, in the future. |

If he isn't better in the morning then I would definitely take him to the vet to be sure it's not an obstruction.
Also, you should fast him for 24 hours to let his GI tract clear. Just let him have water.

At the vet now. He really didn't like his exam. 😩🐺
I'll update when I know more. He threw up again this morning and his poop is pure liquid. Sent from my iPhone using Petguide.com Free App
