Default Not pooing normally...

So since I brought Midnight home 4weeks ago he has been pooing 2-3 times a day. Wednesday he did it TWICE in the house even though I had taken him outside every 20 minutes since he got up (precisely to prevent that). Then yesterday he pooed in the morning, but not again for the rest of the day. This morning he pooed, but hasn't gone again.

He eats approximately 1 1/3 cups of kibble with 2 TBS of wet mixed in 2 times a day. Yesterday morning he only ate about 1/2 his food but ate all his dinner last night. This morning he ate about 2/3 of his food, but all his food tonight.

He's 13 weeks today. He has been playing great all day and is currently zonked out at my feet.

Is the decrease in poo normal? Or should I be worried?

I think that you should give him more time to regulate himself. Watch for the signs that he shows when he has to go. Is the poop normal or loose? All three of my dogs poop 2x a day..6am and 6pm. Sometimes they do have to go in between too.

Well...I think it regulated itself. His poop has always been nice and firm. I don't think he's had a fecal exam yet.

I would do a fecal on him, but I'm thinking that he should be okay if his poop is nice and firm.
