"Human" probiotics for Kali?
 

So my girl had a rash on her belly. I tried keeping it clean and hoping it would go away, but after a week it had gotten noticeably worse, so I took her to the vet and he recommended a course of antibiotics.

I held off for another week, but continued to worsen and spread... so I went and got the medication.

As a human when I'm on antibiotics I make sure to take a probiotic complex to keep my gut flora in good shape.

I want to do the same for Kali, but I don't know if dog flora is the same? I'm sure there's probably some overlap but is it okay to feed her the same stuff I'm on? (She does get yogurt a few times a week anyway...)

Edit: after 10 days now the rash is 95% gone - just want to get her gut flora back in great shape!
