Possibly sebaceous cysts.
My older girl has three of them: one on the back of her neck, one on top of her head and another on her paw. If they are SC, I don't think they're anything to worry about. They're just cysts filled with oily skin secretion. With Reba's, they basically go through this cycle where they'll grow, eventually "pop" and ooze the liquid, then flatten out and disappear for a while and eventually come back and do the same thing all over again. When they do rupture either above or below the skin, you just have to keep an eye out for signs of infection, but we've never had any issues in the last few years that it's been happening. ?When they burst (for us, it's always been above the skin), I clean the excess fluid from around it and past that don't touch it anymore besides to check how it looks and make sure it's not abnormal.

Your vet will be able to tell you what it is and the next course of action.

LOL...your thread just made my day!

I did the samething when mine was a pup...took him to the vet held him with his legs flying all over the place, his back to my chest, freaking out & the vet saying "uh-oh those are his nipples...males have them too!"
