Ditto is nearly 4 years old, female, spayed, and a GSD. I've noticed that she does something strange, for no apparent reason (maybe I am unaware of the meaning of this.) It is hard to explain, but she will be sitting or laying down and she will tip her head back a bit and then it comes back down. Kind of like a nod, only she is only moving her head up, and then it returns to its original position. I thought maybe she was doing that as some kind of doggie signal to me, because it was always when she was looking at me. But then I noticed she did it when she wasn't facing anyone. She might do it 3-4 times in a row, with maybe a minute between each one, or she will only do it once. It doesn't happen everyday either. Maybe it's something, or maybe not. This has happening for about 4-6 months. I have noticed the past couple days she has seemed a BIT clumsy, but nothing too serious. Any ideas what this could be?
She is taking proin and is currently on antibiotics (not sure if that is relevant)

Hmmmm. . . Might be neurological, but almost makes me think of something in the throat or airway. Kind of reminds me of when I had Strep and my throat had swollen up so much I had to tip my head back to swallow.
