I know she is too young. But, her girl stuff is swollen and looks as though there is light blood coming out. I will take her to the vet, but what is the youngest a pup will go into heat? I've never see one this young. She will be 4 months on sunday.

She could have puppy vaginitis or a UTI. Get her in sooner than later.
Our Mini Dachshund was about 9mos. and smaller dogs sometimes go in sooner than larger breeds.

I do have to wait till tomorrow, payday. She doesn't act sick, but her vulva is swelled, and it looks like it is bleeding. I'm not real happy with my vet right now (he misdiagnosed Harley), so I will have to take her to another.
