Paranoia....?

So, I'm trying to decide if Echo's lethargic, or laid back...and a picky eater, or refusing to eat...don't laugh at me for this, I've just been worried since the whole granuloma thing started. DH keeps asking me if it's normal for him to sleep this much, and indeed he is very lazy... although he can be riled up and excited very easily still...and I think that the laziness intensifies post sun-down. Also, he refuses to eat at established feeding times. He'll pick at it, and then walk away. I don't know if it's because he doesn't like the food; he's always been somewhat like this, or if it's because DH has been just leaving it there letting him eat whenever he wants...or if it's a symptom. He also acts a little sheepish when we feed...? I'm sure I'm just paranoid, I'm just terrified of something being wrong and the granulomas being a symptom, for example.... I hate to think about what I'll be like when I finally have human children...
