Exclamation Warts/Bumps/Rash?

Alright after i was done bathing and drying my dog, i was brushing his stomach and came across a bump, so i started brushing his fur a different direction and he has like 2-4 wart/bump things on his stomach.. his skin was all red and he scratches himself a lot, he doesn't have fleas I'm sure of that so i just wanted to know what it is?

It looks like this http://www.organic-pet-digest.com/im...n-21261541.jpg

It is really hard to tell with skin stuff. Has he been laying on anything that could possibly be giving him allergies?

My pup was just at the vet for shots, he had the same red bumps...she said it was some sort of staph infection, probably from not drying off/staying wet, and told me to put neosporin on it several times a day (after cleaning with a baby wipe and drying) and if it didn't get better and go away, to call her and she'd prescribe antibiotics.

3 days later it's gone. They kinda looked more like pimples, though. Once she pointed it out it was obvious, but I'm not sure I would've noticed it otherwise.

he likes to lay down on the dirt a lot, i try to make him not to but I'll try the neosporin that RocketDog mentioned.

It does look like an infection to me. If the neosporin doesn't work, I'd maybe take him in to your vet.

Good luck!
