We have lived a Lyme nightmare in my house. My daughtr, son and myself. Everyone needs to be educated.

Everyone thanks for caring about Dylan.

Oh geez, that is a terrible nightmare, I'm so sorry

The good thing is that Dylan is 18 months and not 8 months - he is stronger.

Yes, AIHA can come on that quick. My puppy (not this one) two years ago,was playing and happy. Then the day before Christmas she was just not herself, was acting lethargic, vomited, did not want to eat, had a 104 temp. I took her into vets on Christmas morning and she was diagnosed with AIHA.. Her gums were almost white, they had been fine the day before.
Its auto immune, the dogs body starts destroying its own red blood cells. They get anemic really fast.
I am sure that its not that, but always worry when someone writes in and says" my dog is not acting right and is very lethargic and sick acting.

if my dog vomited twice and was lethargic we're going
to the Vet or E-Vet immediately.

Dylan is better today. Still don't know what was wrong. We take him swimming often. I don't trust my neighbor either. We are moving they are so bad. I don't think they woudl hurt Dylan but it worries me. Still wonder why he was so lethargic but he is well now.
Thank you everyone for the support and helping me out when I was worried.

I worry about lethargic dogs A LOT.

Zeus was lethargic for a few days then he was fine- found out later he had Hemangiosarcoma

Odin was lethargic for ONE DAY falling all over the place, died the next day, he was 6 months old.

Please check your dog's gums regularly.
