Happy 9th Birthday (yesterday) to Scouty Boy!

NINE years old! He has changed so much since I adopted him 7 years ago. Finally, at 9, he wants to spend time in the same room that I'm in, expresses happiness with tail-wagging, enjoys life so much more.
