Default A way to block other members

I firmly believe there should be an option for users to have the ability block other users. You have a pack of hyenas on here that love to rudely pick at people. Me being one of them. I don't want to deal with it. If I'm posting for advice or giving advice I don't need to hyenas behind my every post rudely harassing me. Plain and simple

I think that you have the option to do that. Look at your profile.

They'll still be able to post, you just wont see it. Taking yourself out of line-of-fire is much easier.

You go to your user CP and in the left hand column there is an option to edit your ignore list. you can add their user name.

You can put them on ignore but that only means you can't see what they posted. You can see they posted, have the option to read it or not. and they can still see what you post.

stop being so sensitive. everybody has their opinon and they're
entitled to it. everyone is not going to agree with what you have
to say. you see a post you don't like don't reply to it.
